Managing safety and operational risk is a key challenge to any business. One of our partners, Zurich, have produced a case study on the work that they have been doing alongside Iron Mountain, a global information and storage company, since 2008. Working together over a prolonged period, the case study reviews the process of risk assessment, the intervention strategy put in place and the results which saw Iron Mountain improve safety and operational efficiency significantly.
